What does the program look like?

The Linfox Driver Academy VIC, based out of Mentone, is seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our team. Explore a valuable opportunity through our on-the-job training program, aimed at upgrading your current C class licence to a HR truck license. If you already hold an HR license but lack experience, we provide specialised training opportunities. Emphasising a healthy work-life balance, we provide flexible schedules, opening doors to exciting career opportunities. We offer competitive pay rates that reflect our commitment to recognising and rewarding our drivers' expertise and dedication. If you're ready to embark on a fulfilling driving career, join the Linfox Driver Academy today. Shift times will be Monday - Friday starting as early as 5.30AM

- A structured driver training program that supports you to attain your Heavy Rigid (HR). The program is tailored to Linfox.
- Our supportive training scheme includes a buddy program, where you’re paired with an experienced driver to show you the ropes and give you confidence on the road.
- We provide exceptional safety training to keep you and the community safe on the road.

- A current and valid C class licence or a current HR licence.
- Enjoy being out on the road and having autonomy.
- Reliable with a strong willingness to undertake repetitive manual handling and lifting.
