Overview

M&T Resources has partnered with a growing AI company who are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to take ownership of their cloud, security, and infrastructure.

You will join a small but dynamic team and have a real impact, visibility across the business, and the chance to shape how their technology evolves from the ground up.

We’re looking for an open-minded, responsible, and reliable team member to join their tech family as a DevSecOps Engineer. We need someone who isn’t just technically skilled, but someone who takes ownership, thinks outside the box, and genuinely cares about what they build

What You’ll Be Doing

- Designing and managing our Google Cloud Platform environments
- Working your magic with Kubernetes to keep our containers happy
- Building rock-solid CI/CD pipelines that are both secure and efficient
- Implementing DevSecOps practices that actually make sense
- Keeping our Cloudflare setup running like a dream
- Managing our office network and making sure everything stays secure
- Being our go-to person for system monitoring and keeping the lights on
- Collaborating with our awesome dev team to make sure deployments are smoothand reliable

What We Hope You Bring

- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience
- Strong GCP skills and Kubernetes know-how
- CI/CD pipeline expertise (GitLab, GitHub – whatever works)
- Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform)
- Security mindset and network administration skills
- Database skills with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
- SQL and NoSQL queries wizardry and database management
- Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Gitlab
- Network protocols and security fundamentals
