Job Description
The Role
We’re seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to join our client’s grain storage and handling operation in Moree, NSW. This role is part of the grain industry, working in a dynamic, outdoor environment with a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in overseeing daily site activities while ensuring grain is received, stored, and dispatched smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, warehousing, and out-turn of grain as directed
- Operate bunkers, including tarping and un-tarping, and managing tarp joins
- Weigh incoming trucks and collect grain samples
- Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive team environment
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with company standards

Your Skills & Experience
We’re looking for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you’ll bring:

- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow procedures
- Willingness to take on hands-on duties and supervise site activities
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
