Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**The role:**The Project Manager is responsible for the co-ordination and follow through to completion of all aspects of projects and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and lead BMS / HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints.* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery.* Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.* Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.* Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change orders.* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required equipment and materials.* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client expectations.* Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the project.**Requirements:*** Proven Experience within a similar role as a Project Manager within the BMS or HVAC Industry.* Develop and deliver margin improvement strategies.* Ability to develop and implement budgets.* Strong leadership and management skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Benefits:*** Attractive salary package + vehicle allowance* Excellent job stability + Ongoing training and development opportunities within a global company.* Inclusive work environment + Supportive management team**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
