We are seeking a Studio Assistant to join our APAC team, helping to support wholesale administration, wholesale fulfilment, marketing (newsletters & social media) and broader studio tasks.

We’re seeking someone who not only understands our aesthetic but is excited to bring it to life in an administrative and creative capacity across the APAC region.

THE ROLE

This is an entry‑level, part‑time role (with view to scale) that will see you working across multiple functions:

- Wholesale administration: liaising with wholesale accounts, managing order entries, tracking shipments and stock movements.
- Wholesale fulfilment: supporting with sample dispatches, replenishments, returns processing and ensuring smooth logistics in the region.
- Marketing support: assisting with newsletter creation, scheduling and performance monitoring; supporting social media content planning and execution for APAC (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
- Studio tasks: helping with general studio organisation, visual assets, research and ad hoc projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

WHOLESALE ADMINISTRATION AND FULFILMENT

- Manage and process wholesale orders for APAC accounts.
- Assist with order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate sample dispatches, replenishments and returns.
- Maintain accurate stock and logistics records.
- Support smooth communication between APAC stockists and HQ.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

- Assist in creating and scheduling regional newsletters.
- Support planning, creation and posting of social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and content assets.
- Liaise with HQ to adapt global campaigns for the APAC audience.
- Gather insights and assist in reporting on social media and newsletter performance.

STUDIO SUPPORT

- Maintain studio organisation and assist with day‑to‑day operations.
- Prepare lookbooks, order forms and digital assets when required.
- Contribute ideas to campaigns and activations.
- Support with ad hoc administrative and creative projects.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Is highly organised, with good attention to detail and comfortable juggling admin/logistics and creative‑marketing tasks.
- Brings enthusiasm, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving studio environment.
- Has a creative sensibility aligned to minimalist design, refined textiles, a premium yet pared‑back aesthetic and an appreciation for understated fashion.
- Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can collaborate across departments and geographies (APAC focus).
- Is comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, email systems, and is willing to learn marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, social scheduling).
- (Bonus) Has some familiarity with social media platforms or basic content creation / video editing / photography – not required but advantageous.
