Vacation Student opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day

TheHatch Vacation Student Programprovides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition, bridging the gap between your education and career.

As part of theProcess Engineeringteam you will work alongside leading industry professionals in the Hydrometallurgy and Pyrometallurgy field to guide the development of process engineering deliverables. You will assist to develop solutions across various systems, unit operations and process equipment.

You will be working towardsa bachelors/masters degree in ChemicalEngineering, ideally in your third year (or later) of study, with a strong academic record.Candidates will haveexceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.

The 12-week program commences onMonday, 17 Nov 2025.Please note, during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday, 19 December 2025 and will reopen Monday, 5 January 2026. The Vacation Program will conclude from COB Friday, February 20th, 2026.
