Job Title: General Practitioner – Townsville, Queensland.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunity for General Practitioners to join this expanding medical team. If you're a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner seeking a dynamic team environment, focused on education, support, and professional growth, then look no further

Position Description:

- General Practitioner owned and operated

- Focus on positive team environment fostering collaboration, education and support

- Immediate workload with a large and diverse patient base

- Top-tier management, administration and nursing support.

- On-site non-dispensing pharmacist, social worker and psychologists.

- Flexible working arrangements

- Advanced Training practice, welcoming inquiries from International Medical Graduates, General Practice Registrars in all pathways including the Fellowship Support Program

- Support for special interests and designated clinics, including the Men's Clinic and the Well Women's Clinic

- Focus on Aged Care with potential for substantial financial bonuses through ACAI Funding

Qualifications & Experience:

- AHPRA registration with minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

- Strong commitment to patient-centred care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

After Hours Requirements: No

Salary Information:

- Private Billing practice offering competitive Service Agreement percentage and incentives.

- 62.5% of Gross Billings per week (Guaranteed $2000.00 per week for first 8 weeks) which ever the greater

- $150,000+ per annum (indicative of Full Time Equivalent hours)
