TEN Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded WA contractor to recruit a Senior HSE Advisor for a landmark high-rise development south of the river. This contractor is seeking a proactive safety professional ready to take ownership of health, safety, and compliance on site.

This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging builds while embedding a positive safety culture across teams. With Hammertech systems in place, a secured project pipeline, and strong leadership backing, this is a chance to progress your HSE career in a stable, long-term environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement HSE strategies across all project stages
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, codes, and company standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Drive safety reporting and digital compliance through Hammertech software
- Mentor site personnel to build a proactive and safety-first culture
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to maintain a safe workplace

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects in WA
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, construction safety systems, and compliance
- Familiarity with Hammertech or other safety management platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
- Excellent reporting, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
