Overview

Camp Australia is looking for Casual Educators to join our team in Baldivis. You will support before school, after school, and school holiday programs, helping children grow, learn, and make lasting memories. This role involves maintaining an engaging, safe, and compliant program, taking part in daily activities for primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy snacks, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community. The ECEC Worker Retention Grant provides an extra 10% on top of the award hourly rate for eligible team members.

Responsibilities

- Deliver an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
- Lead daily activities before school, after school, and during school holidays.
- Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

About You

- Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
- You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability between 7:00 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
