Objective: Regional Services Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Services Director to join our team in Sydney or Canberra. The RSD provides leadership for Consulting Services in a designated region, overseeing project delivery, local team management, and P&L ownership. The role reports to the Head of Delivery and includes people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing consulting team, support recruitment, and workforce planning.
  2. Project Delivery & Governance: Oversee project execution, ensure governance and risk mitigation, and review project status.
  3. Customer Success: Drive customer engagement and advocacy, collaborating with Sales and Go-To-Market teams.
  4. Profitable Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth, ensure profitability, and optimize billing processes.
  5. Practice & Operational Excellence: Promote continuous improvement, manage regional resources, and contribute to financial planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in the software industry with a background in professional services and software implementation.
  • University degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years as a Practice Leader in a professional services organization.
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, managing projects from $400K–$2M+ and leading large teams.
  • Strong people management and consulting experience.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and financial forecasting.
  • Commercial acumen and experience engaging with senior management.
  • Hybrid work arrangements and access to employee support resources.
