What You’ll Be Doing

You will work closely with Mob, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Develop tailored plans for Mob to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment.
- Empower Mob by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants.
- Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

What you will need
