About the Role
- Personal care & morning routines
- Community access and skill building
- Meal prep, light household tasks & daily living support
- Medication assistance and documentation
- Supporting clients with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies
You’ll work across a rotating 24/7 roster, so early mornings are a big part — perfect for early birds who love a quiet sunrise commute
We’re Looking For
- Experience in the disability sector or aged care
- Confidence supporting behaviours of concern and following behaviour support plans
- A positive attitude, reliability, and great communication
- Someone happy to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and sleepovers, wakeovers
- A team player who loves making a difference
You’ll Need
- NDIS Worker Check & WWCC
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence
- Ability to follow support plans & accurate documentation
