The Role

This senior leadership role is suited to a proven Senior Project Manager who brings deep experience across the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

You’ll lead technically challenging developments with complex programming, design coordination, and premium finishes. The business is structured for support, with capable CA, SM, and leadership backing to set you up for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing program, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations
- Overseeing subcontractor performance and coordination
- Leading client and consultant communications
- Reviewing and resolving construction or design challenges with practical solutions
- Driving progress on site and ensuring the project delivers as promised
- Reporting to executive management on program and financials

Are you suitable?

You’ll likely be a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, design-led environments. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- 6–10+ years of PM experience within a commercial head contractor
- Strong track record on $30M+ vertical or mid-rise projects, start to finish
- Must be experienced with apartments/multi residential projects
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and foresight
- Capability to work across D&C delivery with sound design and services understanding
- Full Australian work rights — PR or Citizenship required (no sponsorship)
