What you’ll be doing:

Walking into your centre you’ll smile, as the earlymorning sun shines over our beautiful nature escape. When the dooropens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel thecommunity spirit, while you catch up with your fabulous colleaguesand your special little ones. You’ll encourage them to growsocially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning.You’ll work with a close-knit team of educators, to ensureour children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment.You’ll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, andtruly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the endof your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling)knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, andspirit.

You’ll be great in this role ifyou…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care

- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent

- Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012

- Previous experience in children services, developing orimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds.

- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
