Responsibilities

- Provide care in accordance with residents’ individually assessed care needs.
- Ensure resident care aligns with the resident’s individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
- Report all incidents in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
- Complete all activities related to residents’ care documentation.
- Notify changes in resident care promptly to the RN in charge and/or Care Manager.
- Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and in line with Bolton Clarke Quality Management standards.

Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care is desirable.
- Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
- Strong passion for working with the elderly.
- Current COVID-19 and Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory).
