The Administration Officer is the backbone of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, keeping everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role you’ll manage scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping, as well as provide responsive support to staff across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance by ensuring our registers and documentation are accurate, up to date, and accessible. From assisting with incident reporting to coordinating training sessions, your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will make sure the team can focus on driving safety and wellbeing outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in being the steady hand that keeps the team on track.
