We’re looking for a Manager- Enterprise Compliance who thrives on building strong partnerships, solving complex challenges, and championing a culture of integrity and accountability across the business. Responsibilities
- Partner with non-investment business units toimplement our risk and compliance strategy.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Compliance tolead and enhance the Hostplus Compliance Framework and associated Compliance Plans.
- Coordinate compliance obligations, controls, and attestations to ensurequality and timeliness.
- Promote acompliance-first culturethrough training, education, and awareness initiatives.
- Providepractical compliance adviceon projects, system changes, and regulatory obligations.
- Support the implementation oflegislative and regulatory changesacross the business.
- Investigate and document breaches, prepareBreach Assessment Reports, and advise senior leaders.
- Assist in preparingBoard and Committee reports, privacy impact assessments, and policy reviews.
About you
- 7+ years’ experiencein compliance or audit management within financial services (superannuation experience highly regarded).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications inFinance, Commerce, or Law(desirable).
- RG146 compliant(or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability toinfluence and educateacross all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion forsimplifying complexityand driving continuous improvement.
