Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**What this job involves**The Senior Workplace Manager is responsible for leading the JLL team in forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience across the JLL offices in VIC, SA, WA and NT sites.Provide and manage a comprehensive and consistent range of services across an assigned geographical area, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Create an interesting and impactful client engagement strategy. Build a community of ambassadors and workplace support team to deliver timely and consistent Workplace experience soft services & workplace operations technical services.Some interstate travel may be required within JLL's travel policy and business requirements.**About the role:*** Lead and develop the JLL team in delivering exceptional workplace experiences across VIC, SA, WA, and NT offices* Manage comprehensive services, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, facilities management, safety, and compliance* Develop and execute an impactful client engagement strategy, building a community of ambassadors and work place support team for consistent service delivery* Implement the Human Experience Roadmap, driving employee engagement, wellness, and productivity initiatives* Introduce and manage technology platforms to enhance workplace team efficiency and support office digitalization* Oversee facilities operations, including preventive maintenance programs and minor projects/churn management* Foster a culture of empowerment and engagement within the team, identifying development areas and providing coaching* Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve culture and employee engagement* Manage site budgets and participate in annual financial planning* Ensure effective stakeholder management and reporting on operational matters and workplace experience* This role may require interstate travel within JLL's travel policy and business requirements* Experience in all aspects of workplace (FM) delivery, preferably in a corporate environment* Experience managing budgets and preparing financial reports* Excellent time management and communication skills.* Experience in building and managing teams remotely* Ability to build productive business and stakeholder relationships across all levels* Ability to manage multiple projects independently* Comprehension of Mechanical & Engineering services to ensure services are managed, although technical qualification / background is not mandatory* One or more globally/regionally recognized certifications in Facility management, PMP, Health and Safety, Human Experience, etc., would be an asset.* MS Office proficiency**About JLL**At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
