Create an interesting and impactful client engagement strategy. Build a community of ambassadors and workplace support team to deliver timely and consistent Workplace experience soft services & workplace operations technical services.Some interstate travel may be required within JLL's travel policy and business requirements. About the role:Lead and develop the JLL team in delivering exceptional workplace experiences across VIC, SA, WA, and NT officesManage comprehensive services, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, facilities management, safety, and complianceDevelop and execute an impactful client engagement strategy, building a community of ambassadors and work place support team for consistent service deliveryImplement the Human Experience Roadmap, driving employee engagement, wellness, and productivity initiativesIntroduce and manage technology platforms to enhance workplace team efficiency and support office digitalizationOversee facilities operations, including preventive maintenance programs and minor projects/churn managementFoster a culture of empowerment and engagement within the team, identifying development areas and providing coachingDevelop and implement internal communication strategies to improve culture and employee engagementManage site budgets and participate in annual financial planningEnsure effective stakeholder management and reporting on operational matters and workplace experienceThis role may require interstate travel within JLL's travel policy and business requirementsSounds exciting?
