Your New Role

As Store Manager, you’ll set the tone for your team each day through your energy, communication and leadership. You’ll bring the brand to life on the floor by creating an inviting space where customers feel inspired to shop and your team feels proud to work. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves coaching others and enjoys taking full ownership of store performance. The Day to Day

- Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales results

- Drive performance through clear expectations and positive reinforcement

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

- Analyse store performance to identify opportunities for improvement

- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with company policies

- Collaborate with your Area Manager and team to share ideas and celebrate wins
