Role: FileNet Developer

Salary Range: AUD (Annual Gross)

Location: Sydney

Short Description:

As a FileNet Developer, you should have hands on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, Good Java programming.

Skills / Competencies:

- 8+ years of IT industry experience
- 6+ Years experience in IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer and as Architect
- Single handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution
- Should be able to work on Records Management, Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval
- Working exp in Agile methodology
- Skills: IBM Filenet P8 - expert level, Java/J2EE - Advanced, Spring - Advanced, Junit- Advanced, iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate
- Additional Skill - websphere
- Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must
- Strong consulting and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Experience in Configuring, Design and Development on FileNet specially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager
- Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial
- Working experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
- Participate in design meetings and design decisions
- Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet
- Develop System Monitoring tools
- Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities
- Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals
- Should be ready to travel as needed
