Skilled in architectural governance, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and the design and development of robust ECM solutions. Architectural governance, Design & Solution Development and FileNet Consulting on the business requirements, stakeholder communication, understand business requirement and implement solution, working on projects independently across different Lines Of Business, development coaching, code reviews, working with customers on requirement gathering, providing solution, implement best practice and standards. Excellent leadership skills, stakeholder satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal skills, understand the legacy applications and present the point of view on suggested roadmap. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional with deep expertise in IBM FileNet and Case Manager. Skilled in architectural governance, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and the design and development of robust ECM solutions. 2. Extensive experience in architecting and implementing IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions. Proficient in FileNet CE/PE APIs, ICN customization, plugin development, Dojo framework, and integration with web services (REST/SOAP). 3. Leading projects and teams on ECM and FileNet product implementations. Experience in upgrading and migrating applications to the FileNet platform. Working on projects independently across different Lines of Business, development coaching, code reviews, working with customers on requirement gathering, providing solution, implement best practice and standards. 4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skilled in analysing legacy systems and recommending strategic roadmaps, while ensuring adherence to best design and coding standards. 5. Experienced in integrating enterprise applications using RESTful and SOAP-based web services, ensuring seamless communication across systems. Adept at designing and developing solutions that meet critical non-functional requirements such as performance optimization, load benchmarking, and security hardening. 6. Proven expertise in performance analysis and tuning to ensure scalable and resilient ECM solutions. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable deployments. 7. Skilled in working with cloud platforms including Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native services for enhanced scalability and availability. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design (OOD), design patterns, and emergent architecture. 8. Proficient in using collaboration and project tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence to drive transparency and efficiency across development cycles.
