Reporting to the GM, this role will lead a network of branch managers across Victoria, with a focus on performance, culture, and customer satisfaction. You''ll guide teams through change, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure branches deliver consistently high standards of service to their customers and operational excellence. Responsibilities - Lead and support multiple branch managers across VIC - Foster a strong, unified culture focused on teamwork and accountability - Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and branch performance - Partner with senior leadership to align branch goals with strategic priorities - Oversee P&L and ensure commercial outcomes are achieved - Identify performance gaps and coach leaders through effective action plans - Champion customer focus and process consistency across all locations Candidate Profile You're an experienced multi-site or regional leader with a background in branch or operations management. Known for developing people, you bring strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset. You can balance performance management with empathy - and have a track record of leading change within evolving environments.
