As a key contributor to our product development, you'll develop AI features for applications, build AI systems and capabilities, and implement AI-powered analytics that enhance our platform. You'll integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining reliable AI-powered workflows.

Collaboration and mentorship are integral to your success, as you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You'll also guide Graduate AI Engineers, sharing your expertise and helping build our AI engineering capabilities across the organization.

About you

You're an experienced AI practitioner with a track record of delivering AI solutions that create measurable business value through independent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical capabilities:

- Advanced proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing
- API development and microservices architecture
- Understanding of model deployment and monitoring

You excel at leading multiple AI projects with measurable business impact, achieving productivity improvements, and mentoring junior team members.
