Job Description

As the Health & Safety Adviser, you'll be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing WHS policies and procedures aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
- Leading annual training programs and audits.
- Advising senior leadership on risk management and compliance.
- Managing incident investigations, reporting, and preventative strategies.
- Maintaining robust systems and records to support accreditation and legislative requirements.

This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and hands on administration, ideal for someone who thrives in both planning and execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:

- A qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience in implementing and managing workplace health and safety systems.
- Strong knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop practical solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for fostering a safe and compliant work environment.

What/'s on Offer

- Salary ranging from 100,000 - 106,000 + superannuation
