Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying vehicle makes, models, and part variations using our advanced systems and catalogues
- Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movement
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting regular stocktakes and handling returns in line with company policy
- Keeping customers and internal teams informed on product availability and delivery timelines
- Contributing to a team culture that values safety, collaboration, and customer-first thinking

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:

- Experience in a parts interpreter role (preferred but not essential)
- Prior knowledge of truck or trailer parts (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
