Location: The work is to be performed at the company’s premises in either Adelaide, Brisbane or Canberra.

Responsibilities

- Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
- Support the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of solution documents.
- Provide support to daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions.
- Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Perform technical application assessments considering risks and benefits; conduct testing activities such as test coverage reviews, formal or informal test execution and test planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
- Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents.
- Prepare correspondence such as reports and technical documentation for review by senior staff.
- Escalate issues as required and suggest alternative approaches and solutions.
- Assist with cost analysis activities as required.
- Support the life cycle of changes and improvements to systems.
- Provide training, guidance and support for new staff where required.
- Exercise delegations in line with legislation and guidelines as required.
