We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who excels at clear, concise communication to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role involves producing accurate financial reporting and delivering insightful analysis.

A successful candidate will have strong documentation skills, a high degree of accuracy, enjoy working collaboratively, and have the ability to identify and highlight variances and trends. This is a role with growth potential, ideal for someone who thrives on precision and process improvements.

What you'll do

- Prepare and enhance monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from financial plans and forecasts.
- Manage and manipulate large datasets to build and refine financial models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and align on planning targets.
- Document processes clearly and consistently to support repeatability and transparency.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in data or reporting, and suggest improvements.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and automation in FP&A workflows.

What you'll bring

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a software or tech environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills required; Qlik or Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain complex data clearly.
- Proven ability to document processes and follow structured workflows.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.
