With a tech stack that spans CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and more, this is your chance to lead meaningful change in a business that’s always evolving. **Inspiring you to give it a red hot go**, we’ll back your ideas, challenge your thinking and support your growth every step of the way.### As the Salesforce solution architect you will:* **Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions** that align with our strategic roadmap and business goals.* **Collaborate across teams** from commercial sales to contact centre to deliver integrated, customer-focused experiences.* **Champion platform cohesion**, ensuring our Salesforce architecture supports long-term adaptability and performance.* **Identify opportunities to innovate**, leveraging tools like Agentforce and emerging Salesforce capabilities.* **Set the guardrails -** define patterns and principles that guide consistent, high-quality solution delivery.* **Support governance and change** by guiding solutions through review forums and considering broader operational impacts.* **Be a trusted advisor**, helping teams navigate complexity and make smart, future-ready decisions.**About You:**You are someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have a passion for tackling complex challenges, turning business requirements into effective, scalable solutions. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and confidently to a diverse range of stakeholders. While you pay close attention to detail, you never lose sight of the broader vision, ensuring your work supports both current and future goals.### You will additionally have:* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across CRM (Service & Sales Cloud), Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty and Revenue Cloud.* 5+ years in a solution architecture role, ideally with experience designing for complex integrations.* Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and how to apply them.* Proven ability to lead platform capability assessments and identify opportunities for innovation.* Experience defining architectural guardrails and patterns for scalable delivery.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.* A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business (or equivalent experience).**You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.**We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values.
