The opportunity:

As we continue to grow, Opal Healthcare is seeking exceptional leaders to join our team as an Area Manager in Victoria. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of circa 6 Care Communities.

The ideal candidates for this opportunity will be either an aged care leader ready for the next step in their career, or a seasoned leader keen to join a high growth sector. They key to success in this role will be a balance of both a proactive, driven attitude and a resident centric, values driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven operational leadership experience across multiple sites varying in size, format and geographical location.
- The ability to coach, provide direction to a group of operational leaders to ensure successful delivery of key performance metrics.
- A strong ability to foster a culture where team members are engaged and inspired to be the best they can be.
- The ability to champion the Opal Way to ensure positive outcomes for our residents and their families.
- A keen eye for enhancing the customer experience by implementing streamlined processes that ensure consistency in quality care delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in an ever changing, highly regulated sector.
