At **Intereach**, we believe in _Strong Connected Communities_. We are looking for two passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as **Local Area Coordinators (LACs)** in Bendigo.

About the Role

As a Local Area Coordinator, you will:

- Work alongside people with disability, their families, and carers to support them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Help participants exercise choice and control over the services they receive.
- Collaborate with local organisations, community groups, and the NDIA to strengthen inclusion and build community capacity.
- Support mainstream services to be more accessible and inclusive of people with disability.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will make a real difference in people’s lives.

About You

We are seeking organised problem-solvers who are passionate about community and inclusion. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or background in disability, mental health, or related fields (highly regarded).
