What you bring
- Demonstrated experience in injury management or occupational rehabilitation within a public sector or similar environment where empathy and communication are paramount.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation such as the Workers/' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 along with privacy laws governing sensitive information handling.
- Proven ability to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that address individual needs while balancing organisational objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including claims staff, council representatives, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, employers, and injured workers themselves.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing detailed case notes, closure reports, policy updates, training materials, and correspondence with stakeholders.
