The Opportunity

Stream Healthcare is recruiting Social Workers throughout Perth CBD and Regional WA. We are looking for qualified Social Workers and Case Managers who have experience working across the sector. You’ll be working with a supportive organisation making a genuine difference in the lives of individuals and families, across areas such as:

- Out-of-home care
- Justice services
- Family & Domestic Violence (FDV)

Remuneration starts at $70,000 up to $130,000 (dependant on experience) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related field
- Experience in one or more of the listed service areas
- Ability to obtain National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and a Driver’s Licence
