You will have opportunities to attend internal professional development and, following probation, have access to a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals so that you continue to expand your skills and learning. In addition to this, you are given 10 days paid professional development per year.
You are allocated IT equipment such as an iPhone and laptop to help you work remotely.
