Business Manager, Transition to Work

Do you have Employment Services experience and enjoy leading a small team? Join APM in Sydney East Metro as a Transition to Work Business Manager, where you can apply your people skills and leadership experience to support and motivate a team of Youth Support Workers to support youth in pathways to education and employment.
This role can be based at any of the following APM sites: Burwood, Hurstville, Lakemba, Rockdale, Sutherland, Campsie, Caringbah or Punchbowl.
The role
You'll be empowering and motivating a small team of Youth Support Workers to drive the very best outcomes for youth within our Transition to Work program. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important. You'll lead by example, engaging with empowering your team to achieve and truly make a difference in the lives of the youth that we support.
