Role Overview

Support Recruitment Across Early Education Services

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will work closely with leaders across our early learning and care services to attract passionate people who share our values.

You will lead every stage of the recruitment process, from job ads to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, people-first experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and works closely with the recruitment team to support the growth and success of our early education and care services.

About Your Role
  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment across early education and care services: Writing compelling job ads, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes: Ensuring compliance with background checks (e.g., Blue Cards, references, and police checks) and tracking key recruitment metrics to help optimise our recruitment strategy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand service needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a Positive Onboarding Experience: Providing guidance during onboarding and induction to set new employees up for success.
Requirements
  • Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, ideally high-volume or multi-site environments.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in HR, Business, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g. JobAdder, HROnboard).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills and a people-first mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences for candidates and our team.
  • Additional Requirements: A current driver's licence is required for travel.
