This Software Testing Internship is perfect for aspiring software testers and students and graduates who are keen to start careers as a QA Engineer or Test Analyst. As a Software Testing Intern, you will be part of the development and testing team and will learn how to manage projects in Jira, consolidate test results and perform manual and automation testing activities.

This Software Testing Internship includes 12-weeks of practical industry experience with one of Australia’s top software engineering firms. You will have the opportunity to implement your manual and automation testing skills to live projects. In addition, you will gain practical experience in Selenium, UAT, smoke testing, and creating test plans. Software Testing Internship Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

- Consolidating test results in consultation with Senior Software Testing Engineer
- Writing certification reports
- Preparing software testing plans
- Building and executing Automated Test Scripts
- Support software testing projects along with the Test Engineer
- Using manual and automation tools to deliver high-quality web application testing activities

What will you learn during your Software Testing Internship?

- How to work with software developers, engineers and business analysts to deliver projects across the full SDLC
- How to perform and manage testing activities using JIRA
- Hands-on experience and technical skills in Selenium for Automation Testing
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing
- Writing test cases and developing test plans
