We are looking for a Promoter to join our team This role is responsible for ensuring that talent is found, venues are secured, artists are booked and ready to go, ticket sales and marketing strategies are hitting the mark. From coordinating the logistics to delivering high-quality experiences our patrons deserve. As part of our Touring team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our Touring strategy, collaborating closely with artists, and ensuring all aspects of live touring are operating efficiently, seamlessly, and effectively to consistently deliver an expectational live touring experience.

You are an expert in executing strategy and managing day-to-day operations with complex and ever-changing demands. Your communication skills are superb and are second nature to you. You have an established reputation within the industry bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and previously developed relationships to Untitled Group. You know how to deliver top quality service and build strong, authentic relationships and networks. You are equipped with the tools designed for navigating and reporting on finances, logistics, risk assessments and compliance. You know how to lead, coach, and motivate team members and thrive in a collaborative environment. You love touring and all the benefits it delivers to communities. You have several years of experience in concert promotion with a proven track record of successful touring

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

- Identifying and negotiating with top tier artists for touring strategies and Untitled Group events.
- Facilitating effective communications across touring operations and with other stakeholders.
- Developing strategies for arena and stadium touring for our roster of talent.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry.
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting on budgets, finances, operations, and all other relevant matters.
- Monitoring and ensuring contractual and legal compliance across touring functions.
- Routing tours and developing logistics in collaboration with the Managing Partner and other relevant parties.
- Identifying and negotiating with agents, managers, and artists for Untitled Group events.
- Collaborating with our team to oversee all aspects of the talent buying process, including budget development and management, negotiation of artist deals, venue selection, ticket pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Optimising marketing strategies to promote events and increase ticket sales.
- Coordinating with the Operations team regarding logistics including sound, lighting, security, and other event requirements.
- Working alongside our Partnerships team to secure funding and support for events.
- Managing budgets and ensuring events are financially successful leading to profitable outcomes.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities including venues and artists.
- Providing an excellent all round experience for our artists, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive ticket sales, leveraging marketing, partnerships, and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Evaluating event success and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
