Responsibilities (In a typical day)

- Bring ideas to life with clear, engaging comms that keep our Commercial Division and Sales Teams connected.
- Take the reins on our Seismic platform — driving adoption, keeping content fresh, managing licenses, building learning paths, and supporting users.
- Roll out enablement programs that supercharge skills, sales methodology, onboarding, and ongoing learning.
- Lead from the front — facilitating enablement sessions like sales briefings, kick-offs, and training events.
- Pull off memorable, high-energy events (Sales Kickoffs, All Hands, Awards) that inspire and celebrate.
- Harness data, reporting, and AI tools to uncover insights, boost adoption, and measure program impact.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised with strong project/program management capability.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills (advanced Excel is helpful).
- A true collaborator who thrives across sales, marketing, product, and sales ops.
- A can-do attitude that lifts the team.

NICE TO HAVES:

- Experience in real estate or digital/SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms, or BI tools.
- Experience navigating a high-growth business and large-scale change.
