Drive Tech & Digital Talent Growth at Coles Group

As we continue to innovate, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead – Tech & Digital to join our team on a 6-month contract and help us secure top tech & digital talent to power our future.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead for Tech & Digital, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for critical tech & digital roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire the best talent. You'll play a key role in shaping our tech & digital workforce, ensuring we have the right people to drive innovation across Coles Group.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech & digital roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to engage high-caliber tech & digital professionals.
- Provide expert market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Ideally you will have
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on digital or technology recruitment.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of tech & digital talent markets and hiring trends.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for creating best-in-class candidate experiences.
