Job Description:
The Appointments team is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and oversee the delivery of end-to-end employment services. As the Employment Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a national team in delivering timely and compliant appointment services.
Key responsibilities include overseeing contract preparation, onboarding, and employment changes, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and ensuring accurate staff records. You will collaborate with internal HR teams, including Payroll, Talent, and Business Partners, to implement process improvements and monitor performance.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in HR or employment operations, with strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance. They will have proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment and experience managing case or ticketing systems in shared service settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
