Senior Interior Designer for Commercial

Join a dynamic design studio delivering high‑calibre workplace interiors for clients across diverse industries. With an emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and quality, this firm brings a strategic, client‑centric approach to every stage of the design process. We are looking for a highly capable Senior Interior Designer to lead and coordinate workplace projects from concept to completion. Reporting to the Global Design Director, you’ll be hands‑on across all design phases, driving creative outcomes, mentoring team members, and ensuring design excellence every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute toclient briefings and define design direction, budget, and functional needs
- Coordinate with Estimating and PM teams to align design with budget and timeline
- Create presentations including plans, 3D visuals, and concept narratives
- Prepare documentation: specifications, tender, and construction packs
- Source finishes, FF&E, and ensure alignment with budget and program
- Collaborate with consultants and attend site meetings during delivery
- Troubleshoot design/buildability issues while maintaining intent
- Support pitches with design collateral and visuals
- Stay across global workplace trends and design codes
Skills & Experience
- Degree or qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Ideally 8+ years experience in workplace interior design
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Confident in leading projects and mentoring junior designers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Skilled in SketchUp, AutoCAD , and Adobe Suite
- Proven experience across all project phases
- Detail-focused with strong design and delivery knowledge
- Passionate about global design strategy and workplace trends
