Overview
Accommodation Manager to take charge of workforce housing and lodgings, while also stepping up as Relief Site Manager on weekends. This is a role with variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference.
With a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, you’ll enjoy downtime to recharge while your time onsite will be busy, rewarding, and full of variety.
Responsibilities
- Keep workforce housed and happy—oversee external accommodation, from readiness and cleanliness to room allocations and records.
- Be the go-to person on weekends—As Relief Site Manager, keep the Village running smoothly, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Maintain high standards through regular cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and clear reporting.
What you’ll bring / Qualifications
- Experience in housing logistics or facility management is preferred.
- You’re calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to presentation.
- Ability to work with and support a team, with good communication and relationship-building.
