Job Description

What this position requires:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within the accounting system.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and organisational regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have:

- 2-3 years of experience in finance roles, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.
- Experience in the property industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
