Are you

- Purpose driven and passionate about delivering great outcomes for social housing renters and the Victorian community.
- Able to interpret and articulate technical aspects of building regulations, codes, standards and contracts to stakeholders of all levels.
- Flexible and Accountable: adaptable; open to new ideas; show initiative; proactive and self-starting; seizes opportunities and acts upon them.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

2. Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring, or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
3. Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:

1. Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
2. Support the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
