Rewarding Career Opportunity - Customer Service Officer - Contact Centre
- Phone based customer service role
- No weekend work - (available to work 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm roster)
- Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid model after probation)

This role will see you as part of a team that provides support and assistance to MAX employment customers nationally.

- Hybrid Model - mix of working in-office and from home (after probation period)

- Providing the correct information, tools and advice to support our customers
- Deal with a range of enquires creating variety in your day

- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Have a genuine interest in people and ability to provide advice and required information
- Skilled to talk to a diverse range of people
- Be an active listener
- Ability to build trust and rapport with our customers
- A team player who has initiative, a "can-do" attitude and strong organisational ability
- Empathetic and resilient
- Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving results
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card
