Sporting teams are run better than most businesses. Our client is an established Sales and Marketing company based in Hobart. They believe the mentality behind people who play sport can directly transfer to sales if given the right environment and coaching. They are looking for 4+ driven individuals to join their sales team. Should you be successful, you’ll be employed as a sales consultant – on a daily basis you’ll see yourself engaging with customers on a face to face basis from a number of demographics and delivering tailor-made presentations.
Their ideal person is someone that understands the importance of a great culture in a company and believes they possess the following traits:
- Honesty
- Competitive
- Ability to work alone or with others
- Great communication skills
- See a challenge as a positive not a negative
