The Role

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.

Day to Day

- Perform general cleaning duties and tasks related to cleaning and storage of equipment as directed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Clean and store operating equipment.
- Clean and maintain areas according to guidelines.
- Exercise great care in use of operating equipment.
- Report any problems to the manager on duty.
- Work according to posted roster.
- To have a complete understanding of operations relating to stewarding.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

- MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene and 1 years work experience in a similar role would be highly desirable
