Team Coordinator - Real Estate & Projects

Our client is a leading Commercial Law Firm, well-regarded nationally for its expertise in Real Estate and Projects. They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Coordinator & Legal Assistant to join their busy and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing operational coordination with hands-on legal assistant support.

The Role

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and fee earners, including document preparation, property searches and registration, billing, and file management
- Coordinate the allocation of legal support resources nationally, including covering leave and ensuring optimal team utilisation
- Facilitate skills sessions, knowledge sharing forums, and contribute to graduate and seasonal clerk program support
- Oversee administrative processes, resolve operational issues, and work closely with the Practice Manager to streamline workflows
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff, practice group meetings, events, and intranet updates

About You

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Team Coordinator within a law firm
- Exposure to real estate or construction matters (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- A collaborative, approachable style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in leading, mentoring, and influencing others in a professional setting
