As a Special Needs Education Assistant, you are responsible for assisting in the delivery of planned education programs that help students achieve success while supporting the general health and wellbeing of students.
We seek enthusiastic team members who show initiative in adapting tasks to meet student needs, who continually reflect on their practice and who are open to being observed and receiving feedback to guide professional growth. Suitable applicants will ideally contribute expertise and advice, collaborating with staff to monitor and support student progress.
We seek Education Assistants who are committed to maximising their impact on student learning and who work well within a team environment. Our staff have high expectations and truly believe that all children can learn and be successful. As a member of our team, you should embrace evidence‑based strategies in place across the school to meet the needs of students.
As a member of the team, you should help to establish a positive culture, underpinned by high expectations of student learning and behaviour.
